Beall Street Studios 2,965 square foot building has been remodeled for artists specializing in ceramics and the studio arts. The building includes Group Studios (up to four), a Private Studio, Owners’ Studio, kiln room with four electric kilns, glazing area with spray booth and double utility sink with clay trap, ADA bathroom, Flex Space, kitchenette area with small refrigerator, sink and microwave. Additionally, there is an outdoor concrete patio area with 220V outlet for power tool use, and private entry.
Beall Street Studios rental spaces are at ground level, have excellent lighting, concrete floors, radiant baseboard heat and access to kiln room, glaze room, ADA bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The there are four individual rental spaces in one divided room. Each individual corner includes a sturdy work table, private storage shelf, electric outlets for your personal equipment, and windows. Our one private studio has a door, a closet, storage shelf, electric outlets and a window. All tenants have 24/7 access to building.
