Rental Studios

Beall Street Studios rental spaces are on the ground level with a private entrance, have excellent lighting, concrete floors, and radiant baseboard heat. All renters have 24/7 access to the building including kiln room with four electric kilns, glazing area with spray booth and double utility sink with clay trap, ADA bathroom, kitchenette area with small refrigerator, sink and microwave. Additionally, there is an outdoor concrete patio area with 220V outlet for power tool use, and private entry.

There is a shared studio with four individual rental spaces and one private studio. See descriptions and images below.

Shared Studio

Each individual space includes a sturdy work table, private storage shelf, electric outlets for your personal equipment, and windows.

Room Size: 23' x 19' shared by four spaces
Cost per Month: $280
Rental Period: 1 month minimum 
Options: Combining two or more spaces, $10/month deduction per space.

Private Studio

Our one private studio has a door, closet, storage shelf, electric outlets, LED track lighting, and a window.

Room Size: 18.5' x 9.5'
Cost per Month: $560
Rental Period: 2 month minimum 
Options: Double occupancy additional $20/month.

Kiln Room

Kilns can be reserved as needed and available. Kiln usage will be charged based on the kiln used, temperature settings, and duration of the firing. Kiln usage fees will be recorded and added to renter’s bill due at the beginning of each month. * Kiln users must pass kiln competency test.
